David E. Mercedes is the Adjunct Professor of tuba and euphonium at Texas Southern University. He recently held a similar position at Oklahoma State University. David performs as principal tuba with the Classical Institute Orchestra in San Antonio, TX and Texas Chamber Symphony. He is also a member of the Magnolia City Brass Band.
